Registration &amp; Fees<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To join as a reseller, you must complete the <strong>Reseller Application Form<\/strong> and pay a <strong>one-time refundable fee of $8,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This amount will be <strong>refunded after three (3) months<\/strong>, subject to compliance with these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Transaction Limit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As a reseller, you will have the ability to conduct transactions of up to <strong>$100,000 in a single transaction<\/strong> through your reseller account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Reseller Dashboard &amp; Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once registered, you will be granted access to the <strong>Reseller Dashboard<\/strong>, which provides:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full access to all products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct flash services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transaction and sales monitoring tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Complaints &amp; Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we receive a <strong>complaint against you<\/strong>, you will first be issued a <strong>formal warning<\/strong> and required to resolve the matter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we receive <strong>three (3) complaints in total<\/strong> against you:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your reseller license will be <strong>suspended<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your deposited funds ($8,000) will be refunded <strong>only after<\/strong> the complainant\u2019s payment is cleared and verified with proper proof.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After resolution, you will receive a <strong>100% refund<\/strong> of your deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your <strong>$8,000 deposit is fully refundable<\/strong> after three (3) months if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have complied with all terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No unresolved complaints remain against you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Termination of License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your reseller license in cases of:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fraudulent or illegal activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeated unresolved complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Breach of these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By submitting the Reseller Application Form and paying the registration fee, you acknowledge that you have <strong>read, understood, and agreed<\/strong> to these Terms &amp; Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By applying to become a reseller, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1.
