Refund Eligibility:
- We offer refunds within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
- Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning as intended.
- Features advertised but not available or not working as described.
- Duplicate purchases.
Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer dispute team at dispute@flashfund.store, with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Provide the following information in your email:
- Your full name.
- Email address used for the purchase.
- Order/reference number.
- Detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests will be processed within 3 hours.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Transaction fees will be detected from paid amount.
- After Refund issued you can expect amount received within one hour.
