Flash Funds is committed to providing a satisfactory experience to our users. This refund policy outlines the terms and connected digital apps. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

  • We offer refunds within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:
    • Technical issues that prevent the app from functioning as intended.
    • Features advertised but not available or not working as described.
    • Duplicate purchases.
  • To request a refund, please contact our customer dispute team at dispute@flashfund.store, with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Provide the following information in your email:
    • Your full name.
    • Email address used for the purchase.
    • Order/reference number.
    • Detailed explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request.
    • Refund requests will be processed within 3 hours.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Transaction fees will be detected from paid amount.
  • After Refund issued you can expect amount received within one hour.
