Reseller Program – Terms & Conditions

By applying to become a reseller, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Fees

  • To join as a reseller, you must complete the Reseller Application Form and pay a one-time refundable fee of $8,000.
  • This amount will be refunded after three (3) months, subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Transaction Limit

  • As a reseller, you will have the ability to conduct transactions of up to $100,000 in a single transaction through your reseller account.

3. Reseller Dashboard & Access

  • Once registered, you will be granted access to the Reseller Dashboard, which provides:
    • Full access to all products.
    • Direct flash services.
    • Transaction and sales monitoring tools.

4. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • If we receive a complaint against you, you will first be issued a formal warning and required to resolve the matter.
  • If we receive three (3) complaints in total against you:
    • Your reseller license will be suspended.
    • Your deposited funds ($8,000) will be refunded only after the complainant’s payment is cleared and verified with proper proof.
    • After resolution, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.

5. Refund Policy

  • Your $8,000 deposit is fully refundable after three (3) months if:
    • You have complied with all terms.
    • No unresolved complaints remain against you.

6. Termination of License

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your reseller license in cases of:
    • Fraudulent or illegal activity.
    • Repeated unresolved complaints.
    • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Acceptance of Terms

  • By submitting the Reseller Application Form and paying the registration fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
